Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50-60% of the total invoice is required to secure your reservations, once being confirmed to you.

The balance of payment is due 20-30 days prior to your date of arrival in Africa or safari start. If your booking is made and confirmed within 45 days of your arrival date, full payment will be required immediately.

Payments can be made either by Visa, Master Card via Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account to be provided. Payment by visa card attracts a 5% bank surcharge

Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Seven Wonders Safaris.

Any monies paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation levied by hotels or other parties. In the event of such a cancellation the following charges will apply:

35-21 days prior to travel date 25 %
20-14 days prior to travel date 50%
13-3 days prior to travel date 75%
2-0 days prior to travel date 100%

No refund is available for cancellations after commencement of tour arrangements or on any services not used.
